It is our policy to supply detailed sales particulars to all prospective buyers. These details are produced to a high standard and benefit from digitally produced pictures. Internal and external pictures are included along with comprehensive directions. We ensure that details are accurate in all aspects and do not mislead. All details are approved by our clients.
For Sale Board
Our eye-catching board will be erected at your property. If you do not want people knocking at your door, a ‘Viewing Strictly by Appointment’ slip can be added to it.
Property Brochures
Our own ‘in house’ property leaflet, giving photo and brief description of all properties currently available.
Newspaper Advertising
In order to maximise the publicity of your property we will advertise it, in colour, in the Yorkshire Evening Post “Homes” supplement, and any other publications we feel may be appropriate.
Immediate Computer Match and Mailing
Once we have received instructions to market your property we will enter details of it into our computer system and match it with our extensive database of potential buyers. People looking for a house fitting the description of yours will then be informed immediately.

Accompanied Viewings
A representative of our company will, where appropriate, accompany viewers. We will also provide transport to viewings when required. This convenient service is particularly useful to those who are worried about the security aspect of viewings, those selling an empty property and people who are rarely in during the daytime.

We will endeavour to find out from prospective buyers what their requirements are before appointments to view are made in order to avoid wasting your time.
Offers
All offers received will be communicated to you promptly and confirmed in writing. All reasonable steps will be taken to investigate the ability of the purchaser to buy and you will be advised of any material information obtained as a result of such enquiries. Upon agreement and acceptance of an offer, we will monitor and report to you the progress of the sale until completion.
Negotiation
We strongly recommend that you do not become directly involved in price negotiations. Although you ultimately decide whether an offer is acceptable or not, we will negotiate with prospective buyers on your behalf with the sole intent of obtaining the highest possible price for your property.
